Community Activities in Beaumont Park

30 June 2010 and 7 July 2010 Crosland Moor Cubs were on evening duty in the park and planted antirrhinums and geraniums near Beaumont Park Road, carried out a litter pick throughout the whole of the park and on  14 July 2010 took part in the national pond survey by dipping the cascade pond down the main drive.  Lots of interesting things are in the cascade pond and you can see them by looking at the opal pond survey website.
