The events sub committee has agreed the following events for 2011.
Sunday 24 APRIL - Easter Fun Day
Sunday 15 MAY - Annual Plant Sale
Sunday 22 MAY - Examiner Charity Challenge for pushchairs and pushchairs organised by the Lions.
Sunday 5 JUNE - Bandstand Opening Event
Saturday and Sunday 11 and 12 JUNE FoBP Photography Group Exhibition
Sunday 31 JULY - Yorkshire Day Gala
Sunday 11 SEPTEMBER - Heritage Day
Sunday 4 December - Carol Concert
When the bandstand is reinstated the performance area will be used for different types of events and performances. Anyone wishing to perform, participate, organise or help please contact Friends of Beaumont Park Telephone 01484 645217 or email friends@fobp.co.uk. We are also looking for volunteers to join our sub committee.
Anyone wishing to have a stall at Gala Day or Heritage Day should contact the office 01484 645217 or preferably email your name, address, telephone number and type of stall to friends@fobp.co.uk. Please note we supply a site only you are responsible for bringing your own gazebo, tables and chairs. You should also confirm that you have public liability insurance.
