The weather brightened up for our afternoon celebrating the King’s Coronation. JB Goode were playing on the Bandstand with lots of people getting up and dancing. There was a funfair and a dog show. Unfortunately, the rain earlier meant that the classic cars didn’t come out apart from three of them. Natural Kirklees had a big marquee with stalls telling people how to volunteer for various local groups. There were stalls to browse and food and drink to consume. All had a great time.
