It was fantastic weather for National Play Day. We gave away 300 free bags of food to children and they were gone after an hour. One 17 gave away fresh fruit skewers. There were so many exciting stalls that there are too many to list. The photo is of the den building activity. There was archery, circus skills, face painters, the Meltham Chess Club, a biking activity, an orienteering activity and many, many more. Thank you for everybody’s help in making this event a highlight for our community’s children.
